An article save keeps the source separate from AI interpretation, so you can read quickly without losing the ability to verify a claim.
Open the knowledge view
Open an article from the library and switch to Reading. Processing may briefly show queued or processing; keep the save open or return later.
- Original contains the cleaned source text.
- AI summary is generated from the saved text and displayed separately.
- Details keeps editable metadata, keywords, and notes.
Verify and annotate
Use source passages to check an AI conclusion. Select text in Original or AI summary to append a highlighted quote to Notes.
- A source location points back to the saved content block.
- Translation is optional and never replaces the original.
- Open original is available when extraction is partial or a site blocks reading mode.
When extraction fails
Retry from the Reading view. Some paywalls, login-only pages, bot protection, and script-only documents cannot be extracted. The bookmark and your notes remain available even when full text fails.
