This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to LinkWise ("the Service"), an AI-assisted bookmark and URL management product. By using the Service you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Permitted use
You may use LinkWise to save, organize, summarize, and search bookmarks and URLs you are authorized to access, for personal or legitimate business productivity purposes.
2. Prohibited content and activity
You must not use the Service to submit, store, request, generate, or promote:
- NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult (18+) content, including links whose primary purpose is adult material
- Content that exploits or endangers minors, or any child sexual abuse material
- Illegal content or activity, including fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or trafficking in illegal goods or services
- Violent extremism, terrorism, or content that incites violence or serious harm
- Harassment, doxxing, hate speech, or content intended to abuse or threaten others
- Unfiltered / unmoderated generative AI outputs used to create prohibited content above
- Attempts to bypass rate limits, security controls, or to scrape unauthorized systems
3. AI features
LinkWise uses third-party AI models to produce summaries, keywords, and semantic search over content you submit. You are responsible for the URLs and text you provide. Do not use AI features to create, refine, or distribute prohibited content. We may refuse, rate-limit, or remove processing for abusive or high-risk inputs.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts, block traffic, or remove content that violates this AUP. Serious or illegal abuse may be reported to authorities or our payment partners where required.
