Welcome to LinkWise. By accessing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
LinkWise is an AI-assisted bookmark and URL management tool offering page extraction, AI summaries and keyword suggestions, personal libraries, import/export, and semantic search. We may add, change, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, violations, or security risk.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal, infringing, NSFW/adult, or other harmful activity. The full rules are in our Acceptable Use Policy. Without limiting that policy, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, infringing, NSFW, or harmful activity
- Use extraction to scan internal networks, cloud metadata, or unauthorized targets
- Bypass rate limits, authentication, or access controls
- Automate excessive requests that abuse AI or bandwidth
- Upload malware or attempt to harm other users' data
We may rate-limit, block, or ban abusive traffic.
4. Your content
You represent that you have the right to import and save content you submit. You grant us permission to process that content only as needed to operate and improve the Service (e.g. summaries, keywords, vector indexes). Do not upload content you lack rights to use.
5. AI output disclaimer
AI summaries, keyword suggestions, and search results are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are for reference only, not professional advice. Verify important information yourself.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Supabase, DeepSeek, Alibaba Cloud DashScope, Vercel, and a Merchant of Record such as Dodo Payments for paid checkout). Their outages or policy changes may affect availability. Except where law requires otherwise, we are not liable for losses caused by third parties.
7. Plans, payments, and Merchant of Record
LinkWise offers a Free plan and paid Pro access. Paid purchases are sold by a Merchant of Record (MoR) on our behalf. The primary MoR is Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com). Depending on which checkout path processed your order, the MoR may also be Creem (creem.io) or Paddle.com Market Limited (and/or its affiliates). When you buy Pro, you are contracting with that MoR for the payment. Taxes, invoices, payment method updates, and related checkout terms are governed by the MoR's buyer terms shown at checkout (for Paddle, see Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms; for Creem or Dodo, see the terms linked on their checkout pages).
Pro may be sold as an auto-renewing subscription (for example monthly or yearly USD plans) or as a one-time yearly card (for example CNY priced access paid with WeChat Pay). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled via Settings → Manage billing. One-time cards do not auto-renew; Pro ends on the expiry date shown in Settings unless you purchase again. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
We may change Free limits or Pro pricing; material changes will be announced on the site or by reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual property
LinkWise name, branding, UI, code, and documentation belong to us or respective rights holders. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer (except as law permits), or commercially exploit them without permission.
9. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free performance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use or inability to use the Service. If liability is required by law, total damages are limited to fees you paid for paid features in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum allowed for free use.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Provisions that should survive termination remain in effect.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding conflict-of-law rules), unless mandatory local law applies differently. Disputes should be resolved amicably first; failing that, courts with jurisdiction over the defendant's domicile may hear the matter unless mandatory law says otherwise. Payment disputes for MoR purchases may also follow the MoR's buyer terms shown at checkout.
12. Contact
Questions about the Service or these terms: use Support or email support@linkwise.link. For billing, invoices, payment methods, and refunds on paid purchases, use Settings → Manage billing or the support channel on your MoR receipt email.
These terms are provided for the current product stage and are not formal legal advice. Review with counsel before commercial launch in your jurisdiction.
