This policy explains how refunds work for paid LinkWise Pro subscriptions. Paid checkouts are processed by Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for those purchases.
1. Refund period
You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase (or renewal charge) for a change of mind, unless a longer period is required by applicable consumer law in your country.
2. How to request a refund
Request refunds through Paddle (not LinkWise directly):
- Visit paddle.net and follow the prompts using the email on your receipt, or
- Use the support / manage links on the Paddle receipt email for your order.
You can also cancel future renewals anytime from LinkWise Settings → Manage billing (Paddle Customer Portal). Canceling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period unless you also request a refund as above.
3. What we generally approve
- Unused or barely used subscriptions within the 14-day window
- Duplicate charges or obvious billing errors
- Cases where mandatory consumer law requires a refund
4. What may be declined
- Requests after the refund window where no legal right applies
- Suspected fraud or abuse of the refund process
- "All sales final" does not apply — we do not use that qualifier
5. Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer (often several business days).
